Joe Cocker Song?
« on: August 14, 2012, 03:54:53 AM »
I heard a joe cocker song years ago, but I can't remember it, need some help on this one.

Here are couple of parts I think I remember:

I saw you on a split screen, love you so?

I think "twist" somewhere in the hook.

I know that's not much, but it's all I can think.

I heard the song when I was a kid around 88-90?

Thanks.

That guy who does murderous covers, sounding like he might keel over any minute but never gets around to the actual dying?

I tried, can't find a match on Google or Youtube.  I'm missing keywords to the song.  Thanks.

Oh, it was also played in the 1988 Olympics.
