Because the USA will do anything to make a buck, ...even partner up with their creation AlQ to wreak havoc and create instability anywhere in the globe it chooses. For the same reason why when everyone else was fighting Hitler, ...the USA was trading with Hitler, making as much money as they could before they chose to turn on their long time friend. The US has no sense of loyalty to ANYONE!!! Not other countries, ...not to their soldiers, ...and certainly not to their own citizens.
