What if there was a big party outdoors and a maniac approaches and starts slaughtering people and the only way out is to get in the car and drive outta there quick but they get pulled over. They are hammered of course. Still no exceptions?
I know it's way out there but you said no exceptions. There should always be exceptions. That is where shit gets fucked up in the legal system.
In my fantasy world, 18 year olds would be allowed to carry weapons with a permit too.
