LOL, no I stay mr anonymous since I have nothing to prove or promote. Still a nattie here, so my max is around 250-270, but I don't do them often because of my lower back.
I had a back workout yesterday, and did 6 sets of front pull downs with a 2 sec peak contractions & full ROM, just like Dennis. Right now my back fucking hurts, so I approve the intensity of this style.
