Only thing wolf has on Phil is wider clavicles and shoulders. That's it, and maybe height

Tell you what, you post yours, I'll post mine. Assuming you're not loaded on drugs like denis, we'll see if intensity really matters.

LOL, no I stay mr anonymous since I have nothing to prove or promote. Still a nattie here, so my max is around 250-270, but I don't do them often because of my lower back.
I had a back workout yesterday, and did 6 sets of front pull downs with a 2 sec peak contractions & full ROM, just like Dennis. Right now my back fucking hurts, so I approve the intensity of this style.

Other than his weak calves & average triceps, Dennis has way better proportions than Phil.
