ive masterd the buisness except for plumbing and electrical i lack experience in those two areas

ive also masterd my energy i can work all day, and all evening if i had to but i dont, i dont need to because i make enough as is


it would be even better if flinstones had a plumbing and electrical manuals and learned that shit and could fix things that i dont have time for that would be perfect and even teaching me some things

but as far as carpentry i can explain and show him all the stuff he needs to know to be a master landlord

my job is stable , im always in demand, so no  worries about that , i even own some rentals myself

I'm getting quite proficient as far as electrical work goes!  Ran a new 220 volt circuit for my welder, perfect conduit, junction boxes, etc... Very professional

You doing any tile work Falcon Master?  I put in a subway tile back splash, used about 150 of those little spaces.  It looks so fucking good i sat and looked at it for at least 20 minutes.
