Hot peppers (especially hotter varieties like habenero and cayenne) are great natural anti inflammatories.

I heard that booty like to chop up a few and rub them on her vagina after a weekend of pounding at the Aussie Pro to bring down the swelling

Ever eat an extremely spicy meal then followed it up with a long car ride?
All I know is, "hot going in, hot coming out."

but, I am a afictionado of spicy and very hot foods.
Just the other day, I was putting red and black pepper on my Chinese---beef with broccoli.

Love hot foods by the way, I cut fresh jalapenos and green chillies from my garden and sprinkle on domino's pepperoni pizza amd put hot sauce (100% habenero style not fucking spicy ketchup 'hot' sauce) on everything

Goes great with eggs  :P

Yes but you have to take the spikes off first (bad experience I had trying to sooth sunburn on my bumhole)

I am such a sucker for spicy food even though it ALWAYS comes back to kick my ass. I had a good friend who won a big chili cookoff in East Texas a few years back with "Best Overall and "Best Hot" out of 30 or so competitors so it was Really good and Extremely spicy! So my dumb ass eats two big bowls and woke up in the middle of the night literally doubled over in excruciating pain while laying in bed. It was brutal!! Still the best chili I ever ate though.

You need to look online or go to World Market if they have one near you.  I bought some ghost chili sauce.  HOLY FUCK!

Yes the 'Ghost Chilli' or Ghost Nega is the 'Bhut Jolika' variety chilli orginates from Thailand. Was the hottest in the world on the scoville scale but has now been slightly overtaken by a trinidadian pepper can't remember the name though

When I went to college, whenever I'd get a sinus infection or a cold, I would order from this place that voted "Baltimore's best wings", they were marinated in hot peppers...and they were hot as a mofo! Had my nose running...and it made the sinus headache go away, and the mucus or fluid would drain out. Sniffles, gone...
But, go to the bathroom in the morning? Oh, it was like flames coming out!

Back in the day I thought chilis were the PREVENTATIVE for colds/flu but now they are saying if you take D3 you'll never get sick.  It's been 2 years now for me, not sick one day!

I know spicy foods are beneficial nutritionally, but what about excessively spicy foods?

The Rooster Sauce isn't even doing it for me anymore?

???
excessively spicy foods hide the flavor of the food. Cheap ass places do this sometimes to hide the fact that the food is old.

That's why Indian food is so spicy.  Same with Schezuan.  They use spices to numb the mouth so you don't taste the shit going down.
