taking 2 weeks out of the gym to heal up my joints a bit (bad wrist, wish it was from jagginoff), but still wanted to do some cardio besides my girls treadmill. Did a few sessions last week and Im running it about 5 days this week
Shit was kicking my ass, Ive done it before but maybe for a day I couldnt get to the gym. I do whatever I can that doesnt involve putting weight on my wrist, mostly the plyo type movements
