good question... it's clear that answers like "48 hours" or "72 hours" are at the very least extremely suspicious, much like all "common bodybuilding knowledge."honestly, i think people a hundred years from now will believe basically nothing that we do today, re: training.
Arms are my strong point and for me, after about a month they lose size. Now, I train them every 2 weeks.
