He's in absolutely no position to make promises on future doj policy in this area. period.  Which makes this line of questioning toward him fucking pointless.  His stupid mistake is not saying exactly that when asked to address future moves by the DOJ because he sure in the hell in not in a postion to make DOJ policy on this in a hearing.
