i was about 80 kg 2 months ago and i am 75 kg now.. i look much leaner/better and have kept most of my strength because most of the lost weight was fats.. i havent changed anything in my diet,.. all what i have been doing during these 2 months is jogging, fast walking, and, swimming.. about 5 days a week i must do one of these 3.. this is beside my daily dog walking and 3 days weight lifting a week

i rarely use my treadmill as seriously walking and ruining in the open air are very interesting and not boring at all as the treadmill.. i really miss them on my off days.. swimming too is excellent and i feel it burns more calories than any other cardio..
this is not a normal attention whoring thread,.. it's really an honest advice to anyone who wants to lose fat to move his ass more
