Good ideology,,,have you had to change anything, diet/training as you have got older NJ?
a tad ,, train 4x per wk ,everything done 1x and calves and abs 2x ,,i still do zero cardio ,,break up meals 4/5 per day mix it up carb wise nothing crazy,,i have fast meatabolism still :)have abs all the time,,used to compete in 90's just have same outlook stay on top..still strong or even better on some thins 20'/30's i would squat to 315/365 i hit 405 8 reps on good motivated day...
