Jones is correct-  When you realize they're neglecting their constitutional duty - obama has broken it, and committed crimes - just because some feel it serves them better POLITICALLY?  Imagine if they started ignoring the 2nd amendment because reince priebus suggested it?  lol seriously, the Rep makes a great point here.

Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., is upset that congressional Republicans are using legal action and threatening to cut funding to the Department of Homeland Security in their effort to undermine President Obama’s executive actions on immigration. Instead, Jones said yesterday, they should pursue impeachment. Jones told Newsmax host J.D. Hayworth, a former Republican congressman, that members of Congress have a “constitutional duty” to reprove and penalize Obama for allegedly violating the Constitution: “I said that to John Boehner when Mr. Obama made this presidential order, I said why don’t we follow the Constitution, in the Constitution, articles of impeachment? I’m sorry, I don’t like the idea of impeaching anyone, but for goodness sakes when you make those kinds of executive decisions to the detriment of our country, of telling people who came here illegally, ‘You’re now illegal because I just signed an order,’ that’s why we’re in the situation we’re in now, we don’t follow the Constitution.”
