since this is the case it would be nice if the elections were about the lobbyists instead, therefore as civilians we can choose to work for or buy stock in/endorse spefic lobbyists who we want to have the most power, perhaps this is already done in the stock market with the people who know wich lobbyists are playing in the game of politics, those whove done the research

i would be inclined to work for the buisness that is the most profitable and cut-throat wich are generally the same. a good cut throat buisness wouldnt put up with lazy assed negguls who chatter all the time about sports and dumb shit

however on the flipped brighter side of the coin, you cant have a good profitable buisness without happy workers either
