Simply a new employee / trainee (introduction) reporting for work (from your supervisor)  if I understand your question correctly

It's the lights, cameras, crew, production equipment, etc. that would seem to require an explanation (not to mention the over-reaching, bumbling nitwit in his very stupid disguise -- plus the obviously crafted stories with the not-so-random employee).

At some point, you'd hope people would run out of bullshit and see this for the elitist maneuver that it is.
