i did 50ius per shot 3 shot ed, shits workeddd like crazy but had to stop after one week cause it was getting too bad. now i use 2 shot ed, 1 shot 20ius in the morning, 1 of 30ius around 5pm. less gains then 150ius but i dont wanna look like mr.potatoe so no choice but to lower the dose

I can't remwber I'd I did two or three shots a day humalog. Was 30 iu highest. Rift now few days in 30 iu once or twice a day. Off days only been once a day is why about to try again three times a say. I feel great when on it. Just trying to time it around ghrp mod gfr use was all.

Hmm. I wonder how so many pros avoid it. Must be genetics to store fat in the face more. Look at Phil than look at levrone and others with no fat. I'm the other way. Dbol test deca etc makes me look normal. My face is naturally to lean and sunken in. Anything added gives me a more health round look.
