I believe to get in that condition again the subway subs will at one point have to go.  For some reason I've only  been able to get very lean with little to no carbs at the tail end of a contest prep.  Doesn't mean that I can't have a salad from subway then lol. Oh and by the way a subway owner who owned a few stores has already approached me once trying to do some sort of local advertising deal.  Nothing came of it that time!

You should get some kind of remuneration. You're putting that guy's kids through college with your regular stops!
