Fascism wasn't only not feared, it was welcome with open arms. What the fuck are you talking about?
Look I really like the way he argues and he is without a doubt smart and most possibly a lot smarter than I am BUT... I know more and have read studied more about the holocaust and anything that came with it, and you could have given all these people guns and rockets and it would have made not difference, it would take forever to explain the psychological reason why 99% of them simply followed orders.
There were about two uprisings that made some form of an impact 1) Warsaw ghetto up rising 2) Auschwitz Krematorium up rising.
Both were lead by people that had nothing to loose anymore - The Warsaw fighters knew they were dead, the Auschwitz Sonderkommando prisoners were expecting to be "exchanged" any day and knew that nor or never they must strike.
All the other thousands thought they were there to work - read the book "Wir weinten traenenlos" interviews with the only surviving Sonderkommando prinsoners, these were the prisoners that were supposted to unload the gas chambers, to help the new arrivals to undress etc. every one of them said these people were lied to the very end and 99.9% only knew something was wrong when the door closed and the light went out.
No amount of guns could have changed that.
Thats why his argument is bollox
