-bulking is a joke

-lean and small is better than big and fat

-if your clavicles are small you are small no matter how many hgh insulin peptide you abuse with steroids

-most ifbb pros are broke rentboys, not macho millionaires

-natural bodybuilding is a joke it doesnt work at all

-sons and daughters theory
