Oh, I agree and they'll continue to chip away our rights.  As it stands now though, the Supreme Court has clearly affirmed that it is an individual right.  The law in NYC is unconstitutional, just not blatantly enough.  They'll continue to build on that.

Down the road though, there's no question courts will continue to reinterpret our rights and continue to limit them.
