All of those empty buildings in Detroit should be razed. Seriously. They should bring in a demolition company to tear all of the buildings down, crush the concrete, seperate the metal, and use the aggregate to rebuild the city. They need to have a PPP, and get this done. If I lived there, it would have already happened.

Detroit is just a few square miles .. Metro Detroit has areas that are quite far from miserable
