I swear to God, when I saw this thread title I clicked on it just to reply about the movie "Human Centipede" being the most disturbing, not knowing this was about this insane film!!! Sick shit, shocking for sure...

I saw the movie Sinister on the weekend.   Movie definitely wigged me out a bit.  Better than most of the horrors that have come out the last couple years.

I ended up watching Sinister yesterday as well, I liked that one...
Also, Asylum Blackout (otherwise known as "The Incident"), I liked it..
