It can be dangerous but the reality is that it takes some real stupidity and carelessness to die or become a vegetable from it.

Well, if you were to take a high dose and not eat. Blood sugar drops below a certain point and you have brain damage and coma. So many idiots have taken it and severe reactions are very rare. Doesn't mean it can't happen, but rare. You have to respect it.

I know a guy who claims he tried to kill himself with insulin. Said he took a whole bottle. Woke up on a wet rug he had collapsed and sweated on.

I had at least one patient that actually commited suicide by overdosing on insulin.

there was a guy on gayhem a while back whose handle was "insulin shock".  lol, he was a big dude and one of the first dudes ever i heard of using insulin, he said he went into shock a few times.  wonder if he's still alive.

Can someone please explain insulin to me. From the taking diet I know you loose weight.and fat by having no carbs which stops insulin production as insulin makes you use the carbs for.energy and store the fat you eat. Wouldn't insulin after eating just make you fatter? Insulin is the one thing I.never have understood.

He posted here too. Was looking for some type of help as he had been busted with a spoon and drug paraphernalia IIRC.

Said he did 60iu after workouts.
