The kind of "civil courage" that is needed (of course flavored in ROS style) !
Imbeciles who don't mind the common rules, need to be shown their behavior is not accepted.


Another very nice example of this are the youngsters who 'patrol' the streets of cities and put a sticker on windshields of cars parked in wrong places.

Project of these youngster is named "StopXAM" - example of them enlightening drivers in Moscow night:

i disagree, if you cut someone off, yes it's bad, but if the person wh oh as been cut off is driving a bus, that ain't right to crash into them (nor if you are driving a reg vehicle). You have just caused an accident. You have created damage to another's vehicle, and your own. All because you as a person cannot control yourself.

Yes I understand you and agree that this wouldn't be the way to work in most places on earth.
