this event doesn't seem to be about policy. It's about entertainment. Trump has the most airtime. Palin is #2. They're HARDLY the leading policymakers and leaders of the GOP - they're the biggest TV personalities. Just call it "Republican entertainment hour" and give Rubio, Rand, Cruz, etc half as much time.
it's about money, entertainment, getting headlines like these. They give palin enough rope to embarass herself. Give her 4 minutes and she gives a respectful speech. Give her 12 minutes and you enjoy some delicious irony. Palin dissing reality tv and teleprompters - and her tv show failed, fired from fox and reading the lines from her own teleprompter - they know it's great tv and that it'll be all over the blogosphere. Can anyone here tell me (without google) what ted cruz said in his speech?
