shrinking down (part 2)

Already down 8lbs in 5 days. The combo of coming off my stack (to a cruise dose) + starting a 3k calorie diet + cutting carbs in half + cardio has done this. All of it was water weight. I already have my stamina back and feel fantastic. Sweating not as bad either although I started EC yesterday mainly for appetite control and energy. Wish I didn't have to lose water on my arms and chest though

Definitely easier to shrink than balloon  :(

Only thing hard about shrinking is dietary displine. I don't want to lose that much more. I'm pretty fucking ripped right now. Ideally I hope to just lose water. From now on, blasts will be low-moderate doses of just tren, mast, hgh + low test base

I see myself every day so it's hard to tell, but yes it is a bit leaner. Someone told me while I was wearing a jacket yesterday that I looked lean

You just started and you are already freaking out about losing even a small percentage of your muscle mass. That is the hardest thing to overcome, the mental stubbornness to hold on to every lb of muscle mass as if your life depends on it.

Nah I'm not really freaking out. Although it isn't fun to see water fade and make your muscles look smaller. But it's whatever. I went from 236lbs starting Monday to 228lbs as of this morning (5'10). I actually didn't even start my diet until Wednesday because I knew the short estered anabolics were still in my system so I still wanted to benefit from them. (i don't use long esters)

I saw galeniko mentioning it before, but a week or two after your last injection (doesn't even matter what esters) you looks fucking so much better! I always thought I was lean and tight, but a week or two off everything and damn! That's the sweet spot!!

After that you'll lose fullness in the arms, quads, traps won't be as high and shoulders would be as capped but oh well. If you came off at a respectable body fat you should always look good. I used to fear for my life to come off all the juice. Kept blasting and cruising, even taking my cruising doses extremely low and stopped pinning for up to two months at a time, but after I came off everything COMPLETELY I did eventually have a nasty crash. I don't know how low you'll be taking things but if/when you do crash, remember that it's not the end of the world. After you hit that level, it's all downhill from there.

I've been off for close to a year now and I'm pretty happy with the way I look. I would meltdown thinking of it in the past, but it's really not bad at all. Get your heart as healthy as you can, get in the best shape that you can and when you do go on you'll just blow up in all the right places.

its certainly all water, muscle cant fade away that quickly

Yep. There is that week or so when you come off that you still have all your gains, you're pissing gallons at a time and you look perfect. Then it's all downhill...LOL

Good thing I'm still in the perfect stage. The downhill thing is gonna suck ass though. Second week of may i think ill start using tren again and also mast. right now im just on 300mg test e and 3.33iu gh (vial lasts 3 days). I just need to stay ripped and it won't be so bad. If I get fat, my brain wouldn't be able to handle it

Spot on. I came off (cruised..who the fuck comes off) last september for 9 weeks and things were fine after a week or two but then not so good. I blame myself too though bc i didnt keep a good diet after the first 3 weeks. This time will be different. Keep in mind I used short esters like prop, tren a, npp...because I have no patience for long esters and the last thing i need is more water weight.

Everything else you described is on par with what happens when I usually cruise, except I've never come off from day 1. Maybe one day, but not yet. I want to focus a lot more on health now (well in terms of diet, doses, and duration of blasts)

Yup.....last off cycle for me i weighed 212 pounds , but was very lean. my diet was spartan becuase my mindset has done a complete 180 the last few years and i simply won't allow myself to get heavy anymore.

I have a picture i can post, my face looks skeletal

I now have the exact same mentality as you. No longer willing to bloat the fuck up and have to flex my abs for them to look good.

I know man, which is why I won't. EC has killed my appetite these last two days so that's good. I will be eating sushi tonight though because im taking a girl out to dinner. My only cheat will be when i eat at restaurants or something of the sort. When I'm alone, I won't cheat my diet.
