then, depending on insulin senstitivity lebvels and muscle mass, some goes to muscle, some is stored in liver, and some is sent to bloodstream.
and now what happens with the excess carbs?
they will cause fatgains literaly everywhere, even in some placs where ppl think its impossible.
it will cause fat gain within the muscle for sporty ppl, and can go as far as within the bones.
