I should have added that when I manage to scrape together a nice, tidy sum of discretionary income, I add to my cycle an intense 720ml eod megadose of fresh breast milk from the bank reserves of selective nurseries for unwed mothers. None.. never was a big milk drinker. Use to use almond milk with protein shakes, but haven't done that either in awhile. I have a tiny bit of a lactose intolerance and usually get pretty bloated when I do drink milk or eat dairy high in lactose.
