Just read about the ordered retrial of her, very strange after her very public acquittel.Without reading through hundreds of very long forum posts on other forums its hard to gauge what evidence they hypothetically could have against her.Also they aren't retrying her boyfriend from the time?

I think she's safe as long as she doesn't leave the US.

From what Ive read once back on home soil, even if she's found guilty and is asked to be extradited, the USA has to look at its own laws, which clearly has the double jeapordy rule where you cant try somebody twice for the same crime, so no they would not extradite her.Thats not even taking in to account the PR nightmare and public outrage if they shipped her back.

the acquittal was thrown out by the high court and yes both of them are going back on trial , she won't get extradited but he's an Italian citizen so if they're found guilty again he'll go to prison

Which is BS.It sad that everyone forgets the guy who raped and killed her is in jail and its 100% conclusive it was him and his DNA.His court case claimed he was most likely assisted but it wasnt for them to find out who assisted him.

her lawyers are fighting to add new evidence but since she won't be present the courts are not being very cooperative with her lawyers requests I think his lawyers will pick up the fight

Here in Canada you barely get anything more than a bit of community service for crimes like rape and homicide.

I think that the crown prosecutor actually apologizes once you're released too. It's a Canadian thing.
