I, like something like 30-40 % of men, struggle with blood pressure as it is, I can't imagine adding all that gear and bodyweight to the equation. I read that even a slight blood pressure can kill a person 10 years earlier.
How come even the biggest and freakiest Pros ever look like absolutely NOTHING standing next to a regular dude who's taller?
Height means a lot because you can't change it nor can you fake it. In other words, genetics.
