I started the thread because you seem to have be unable to be subjective when it comes to your own physique.
You claimed 13-14% bodyfat however EVERYONE on here knows that wasnt correct.
Granted they gave you some leeway and didnt rip you, and the reason for that is they know you.
They know you are so fragile that you simply cannot take any negative criticism, you showed your true colours with me early on in your "protein only" thread, I just questioned your methods and you had a meltdown because someone wasnt blowing smoke up your arse.
Fact is you have been in shape for perhaps 8 weeks in the last 5 years, you cruise on grams of gear and cannot even get into the gym when you come off.
You are just a "Ill do it one day" permabulker full of excuses for the fact you just cant cut it anymore.

Oh and Bouncer, you seem to be a good guy, just dont fall into the trap of hero worshipping a loser.
