if kevin levrone curled 100lbs dumbells,how much did ronnie coleman max out on dumbell curls..any one have any idea how much has he really curled..

So just questioning your numbers makes me a hater? Dillusional. Come up with the video otherwise the pics i've seen of him curling 225 stand as the more realistic no. If he ever did 315 it wasn't for a solid 12.

SHOW US THE CLIP or don't make claims about it. I KNOW what Ronnie can lift and I seriously doubt he can curl 315 for 12 even with cheat reps (not that it is impossible).
