In all seriousness, want to get in shape fast and you're too skittish and/or smart to fuck with DNP?  Plenty of tren, clen and T3, plus a baby dose of test (250mg Test E./wk), and you should be good to go.  One daily dose of cardio for 45 min. and regular training schedule = getting leaner by the day.

The prescription to take a step back from the keyboard and evaluate one's commitment to an online persona is relevant here: if blatant, explicitly labeled trolling on a bodybuilding message board legitimately gets your goat and incites a meltdown, it's time to unplug.

Jeff's victims will almost certainly not adhere to the prescription, of course; it's easier to meltdown and go on the offensive than it is to critically evaluate oneself (the log in your own eye and all that jazz).

I did not know that, that takes the fun out of feuding with him, just for that he should not even be acknowledged, now I wouldn't buy him a beer.
