The best part of the Europa show is when Silvio, during the 4th round posedown, start to bite Quincy on his ankles. It was hysterical, and Quincy even looked surprised.

Just got off the phone with Q and that is not at all true. He is going to work with me for the next few weeks prep for the next show. I will be helping him go no carb, working on his water issues, and getting his lower body harder. We are now in full swing for the next 2 shows and we are back together to hit them hard.

Pros helping pros - funny concept. QT should know how to get ready for a show - he should of just came to grips his best was beaten by Toney Freeman and came in the same exact way this year - He beat Silvio last year and Dareem and Jonnie Jackson and it was a tight show.
