So what happens to you mentally when your Dad dies and was a lifter?

Dad died last year a strong guy he was, once carried a 75lb bag one half mile with his teeth just to show a person he could do it. A cutting edge to strongman competitions. It works on my mind sometimes and I have two motorcycles left to me by him so everytime I ride them it works on me. Anyone have the same experiences?

It's ok to feel sad at times, but don't feel too sorry for yourself on a chronic basis and start abusing drugs. I hope this doesn't sound too insensitive, but death is a part of life.
