recently i was wanting to bulk on olives so i buy a big jar of olive stuffed with pimento they were green olives
holy shit these things were disguting uber salty even after wrinsing them under the sink
i would definitly eat olives all day to feel superior if it didnt have all that salt crap, but seems all the brands are loaded with an extreme form of salt
i would certainly make this my cheif caloric source. the olive oil is just not a good fit , its like drinking peanut oil without the peanut protien
i predict in one year plain olives will be the number one supplement
