Torrents from Netflix? How?

Later this month Netflix will exclusively show Arrested Development.  Anyone know if it's possible for people to create torrents from streamed shows on Netflix?  I used to have them but stopped using them when I learned they deliberately throttle the time between sending you movies and most of the better movies always had a wait list and it got annoying.

Dude, EVERYTHING is on ISOHUNT immediately after showing (they stream from 25 different Torrents including Piratebay).
