I weighed myself at 168 early yesterday, went to weight myself this morning and saw 161! I've been eating MORE than usual, trying to bulk. yesterday I ate:
2 packets quaker oats
50g protein shake w/ some peanut butter
two chicken breasts (about 55g protein) / 70g carbs of pasta
dinner was a big mac, an angus bacon and cheese, large fry
and a few reeses peanut butter cups throughout the day
drank about 6 bottles of water (was working outside for a bit)
still lost 6 pounds. what the fuck man? soul-crushing doesnt even describe it . I should also add that I haven't pooped once in the last two days. i've been eating 3000~ cals a day for the last year, and have gained NO weight from this day last year.
