I like some aspects of bodybuilding mainly the strength and training
But other aspects are just crazy eg why should any human 8 to 10 meals a day walking around with tilapia in Tupperware
To look like that pile of donkey shit I'd prefer to have never touched a weight than to look like that
They don't have the metabolism like any normal human, simply because of their cycles & training regimens. How would you put 6000 in 3-4 meals?
