First of all: President Obama taught constitutional law, so if there was a grain of validity in the air of suspicion surrounding this, he would've identified and corrected it.
It's not possible to insure the safety of our fellow citizens without keeping up with technology. We now have 3-D printers that can print plastic GUNS and bullets for goodness sake, completely undetectable by metal detectors. I'm willing to give up the perception of 'freedom' for the reality of safety and will continue to laud the President's administration for its pragmatic approach.
