Who is this elusive group of Government supervillains!?

They are above Congress.

They are above the President.

They make Seal Team 6 look like the girl scouts.

They operate from a satellite office at an undisclosed location in Ohio.

They are specially trained. For example, Barack Obama's half brother's "charity" was immediately approved for tax exempt status.


Anyone care to speculate on this shadowy group of IRS bureaucrats who somehow managed to operate with impunity for several years without any oversite or limitation on their powers?
