dont see enough threads about water thus many of you opt for roids or some special diet or special training routine when these end up not working for you either
even more important than training?
most definitly because your body can stay cooler reducing fatigue many times over. therefore you can train even harder
step one and step two you have to start every day with alot of water in the morning to maximize your cells (provided you carbed up/fatted up the night before to ensure maximum maximization of cells)
if youve done these two steps you should have energy to train in the morning, provided that you slept well (step 3)
step 4 during training you should be able to consume a massive amount of water during this time up to a gallon, have a little bit of snack two if your hungry but the main purpose is saturating your cells with water
now that youve done this , and done your training youll be able to consume a good deal of food about an 40 min to an hour later, thats when appetite kicks in for me. eat at will (step 5)
after youve done that youll piss a good 4-5 good clear pisses.
you go to work you put in your hours , you eat normal food you eat at work, snacks, cheese crackers oranges ect drink plenty of water up to a gallon
not going to fill out the rest of the day but you get the picture and youll feel great
keep an eye on the thermostat and correlate it with your fatigue (step 6) notice how you might feel tired as fuck , even though you slept well at a mere 75 degrees, but seemingly have no energy to lift. on the other hand you might feel massively comfortable at 75 or very hot at 75 just keep an eye out, if you are completely hydrated and pissing more than 5 times in a row and dont have energy ITS TIME TO EAT ALOT OF FOOD (step 7)
