Not even. Matthews is just one guy and still is very much a fanboy for the left.

Evidently, he just recently began criticizing Obama over the AP scandal.

One, nobody is talking about prohibition.

Two, without the "bible thumpers", the GOP has NO CHANCE of winning. As Rush would put it, you think the Dems are going to give away their Latino voters, or the black voters, or the gay voters, or any voters with the major entitlement complex who thinks government owes them something?

As for "people with brains", considering that the overwhelming majority of voters without a high-school diploma vote Democrat as do those with a post-graduate degree, it's pretty much a wash.

Those with post-graduate degrees think the left's daft policies will work (but they make darn sure they have their "eject" buttons handy, in case they don't). Those without high school diplomas are delusional enough to think that the Dems are going to bilk rich people and give their hard-earned money to them.

PLEASE!!! There is just some utter foolishness that even Matthews, thrills up his leg and all, can't escape. But, don't take my word for it. Wasn't it Pew Research that has declared at least TWICE that Fox News has the most balanced coverage of all the cable news stations?

In 2009, Pew found that 39% of Fox viewers are Republican, 33% are Democrat and 22% are independent. For CNN, it was 18, 51, and 27, respectively. For MSNBC, 18, 45, 27, respectively.

As far as news and opinion goes, Pew states in a more recent poll that Fox got the nod with (respectively) 55 and 45; CNN got 46 and 54; MSNBC......15 and 85. Take a WILD guess as to what opinions are stated on that network.

Matthews simply sound like the proverbial jilted lover, who wishes that Obama would actually be what he says he is. And he has a point.

For goodness sake, the prez can call Sandra Fluke when Rush Limbaugh takes a jab at her, but he can't be bothered when his ambassador is GETTING SHOT?
