Why not stick to Peer Reviewed Journals instead of some random nutjob on the internet who thinks he can cure Prostate Cancer by shoving Lugol`s Iodine up his butt.

Didn't even expect you to take this seriously. You are the king of cope and paste and you have never been able to debate on an intellectual level with anyone. I can tell from your posts you can't grasp certain concepts especially when it comes to metabolism.  :D

when i keep my fats high, carbs at <30 grams a day, and use whey protein, coffee and no animal fats/proteins (im talking meat here) but instead use coconut oil, raw almonds and whole eggs (3 a day) i can routinely run 1000-1200cal days consecutively at a bodyweight of 240ish and not get hungry. but when i use meat for protein, and my carbs are over 100 grams a day and the fats slightly lower im fighting hunger all the time. now i know why- the link between glycerol phosphate and animal fats along with taking in too many carbs. fuck i keep thinking 'im supposed to replenish my glycogen tho, so i need x amount of carbs' when will i ever learn. fml

People instinctively knew even 150 years ago that cutting out starches meant you lost body fat.  Today so many people are taking all different kinds of drugs to lose fat and trying to eat way too many carbs. All you have to do is drop the carbs. There is no reason to count calories. All the years that I have successfully got people into contest shape I rarely counted calories. You have to have fat in your diet if you forgo carbs, but you also need to know when to lower the fats too. This isn't only a matter of dropping calories. Sometimes I would drop some fat and replace with protein and keep the calories the same which would lead to a drop in body fat. This is why I posted this because this is something that I have witnessed for years even before I understood why a person could still lose fat while keeping calories the same. Nearing the show I would drop some fat again which would inevitably lower the calories. Once you are trying to get down to a very low level which the human body is not meant to be at then you have to eat less.
