And enough of this "common sense" is all it takes. . Everybody starts somewhere in this industry and at the beginning NOBODY knows everything about diet, calories, etc.

When I was brand new into the health and fitness scene I thought cheese and peanut butter were protein sources....not fat sources. It wasn't because I lacked "common sense" or was an idiot....I just didn't know.

Maybe it was caused by metabolic damage or adrenal fatigue?

depends for example if an mma fighter gets beat because his strength and conditioning coach is short its the coach's fault, otherwise not really.
