Steiner used to have legitimately big arms, shoulders and the rest, but it's obvious that, after his pec tear, the dork turned to SE like a madman.

But even before then, yeah, Ronnie completely made S.S. his bitch in the arm size department.  Big Poppa Pump looked good, but next to Ronster, he was basically just another jerk-off vying for a photo-op

He got too big, lost his athleticism and then a constant stream of injuries doomed him completely. He was embarrassed and totally exposed in his awful time with the WWE, those were some of the worst matches of ALL TIME with Triple H.

this^^^was pretty cool to see his transformation wk to wk when he was morphing from scotty steiner to poppa pump,,his hair was brown and receding hard and he a thick and soft but he got leaner and leaner and fuller bbing type look and viola shaved cropped hair,goatee,and new version of the 'superstar'billy graham,,,ventura,hogan,steiner,owe graham the original superstar look...

If memory serves Scott had not long had a bad motorcycle accident when the pic was taken. He is smaller there than his peak, his arms were a sight to behold in the 90's because even for a wrestler they were supersized. People in general were not used to seeing arms that big, definitely in excess of 20" at their largest

The Frankensteiner when he was able to perform was one of the best athletic finishing moves ever! Scott and Rick both wrestled for Michigan!
