Bodybuilding Psychology - is the extreme mindset the best?
« on: July 14, 2013, 07:56:14 AM »
To be extreme in the sense of pushing limits. Always upping the dosage. The mindset of if 2 is good then 6 is better. More is better.

I have an interest in the mindset of a successful bodybuilder.
