if i use anything preworkout it's usually yohimbine hcl or alfa yohimbine and caffeine. some people like to add geranium extract (1 3-dimethylamylamine, which is what makes most preworkouts effective)
the thing with yohimbine is that you need to use it fasted, but that's not a problem for me since i work out in the morning fasted anyways ; )
other than that pop a couple of orals of your choosing an hour before you hit the gymnasium and you're golden
