Orville did a photo shoot once for the mags, there was a picture of him standing on the street with some kind of military rocket launching tube. (square kind that holds 4 rockets). That was a bad ass pic. If he showed up on stage like he looked in that pic, he would have been unbeatable.

I was just watching BFTO 2000 and 2001 and damn he had a freaky physique. Very inspirational.

Flex had a back training article...he apparently did a shitload of pull-ups...as he did in his youth.
