Because you want to be sure that all of it is injected in the muscle. Needles are this long for a good reason.

ok so i did it right this time

1,25" deep

the key was to grab the muscle, like this guy said, it really reduced pain to about zero




gonna get double gains now since i used the full length of the needle now, not half
