Got distracted trying to read just the capitalized words

 ;D

And anabolics are tissue preserving, so generally speaking, no.

This doesn't apply when you are trying to get Ronnie sized, but do note that even Ronnie ate 4000 calories a day, while Michael Phelps ate 10,000
where did uou get this

well eat the same calories as usual and train same as usual and and up the dosage from 250 week to 750 week and see what happens.

wtf is caloric suplus what is that shit do ppl have problems with thinking for themselves?are we stupid?

does a body calculate calories in 24hrs increments?

what is a caloric suprlus in the first place?is it happening during, or after a meal?

is it permanent?

so many questions, eh

ever seen ppl grow into leannes on aleged caloric negative balance?i seen it.that answers the original question, which isnt asked properly.

what is a caloric surplus lets establish that first
this is what i mean

there are so many unanswered questions

but everyone pretends as if these things are facts

"gotta eat big to get big"

etc etdc

Clips on YouTube and old articles published. Don't have an exact link, but it wouldn't be too hard to find.

Besides. Sure you've seen his movies that document Ronnie's training and eating. You practically could add up the calories there.

 ;D
ronnie claims 600grams of protein per day in his youtube videos

Ronnie ate 4000 calories a day

Maybe pre-contest at a push, but I would say he would have scoffed down way more than that offseason.
